Building from India, designing for elsewhere
Where a company is built shapes what it notices. Building from India means designing for markets that are plural by default.
Baalvion Group is built from India. That is a statement about where the work happens and where the group's judgement is formed, not a claim about offices elsewhere.
It has design consequences. Products built here tend to assume variation — in language, in regulation, in infrastructure quality, in how businesses prefer to transact. Assuming variation early is cheaper than retrofitting it.
Connected to the world is the second half of the sentence. The businesses we build are meant to be usable outside the market that created them, which is a discipline applied from the first version rather than a later expansion project.
